Casa Cirus'apartments are well kept and furnished in a functional way. They are complete with: kitchen corner unit, toilet and TV socket. Many of these apartments extend into pleasant small terraces.

Casa Cirus faces a small lively market square, which is well tended by: a grocery store, butcher's , bazaar, rotisserie, laundrette, beautician and also by an amusing children playground directly in Castiglione della Pescaia's sea-front.

Information:
The apartments are furnished with a well equipped kitchen corner with electric plates .
The rates include water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed-linen and towels.
On August the apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of two weeks from 29/07 to 11/08.
Baby cot not available; guests who should use their own baby cot should advise accordingly at the moment of booking.

Pets are allowed: € 25,00
Deposit (compulsory): € 100,00, cash, for each apartment to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded on departure day
Arrival:
Check in is possible from 1 pm, access to the apartment 5 pm
Check out at 10 am on departure day

Cancellation policy:
Up to 45 days prior to arrival date, no penality. In case of cancellation between the 45th and the 10th day prior to arrival, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded. From 10 days prior to arrival, the payment will not be refunded. In case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure, no deduction will be applied.
